Private: garden (fenced) with flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table, playroom. Single garage. Shop 1.2 km, grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "ametlla de mar" 4.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km.
