The holiday apartment with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town in a non-smoking house and offers space for 3 people. The apartment was newly renovated in 2018. It features underfloor heating, laminate and tiled floors, as well as insect screens in the living room and bedroom.
In the living room with access to the garden, you will find a sofa bed with armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The bedroom, directly adjacent to the living room, has a double bed, a relaxation lounger, and a three-door wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. From there you reach the centrally located dining room with its own access to the garden. Through a small hallway, you reach the bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people (bedroom), 1 person (sofa bed in the living room), and a small child up to 2 years old (travel cot in the bedroom).
In the large garden, you have access to a furnished terrace with barbecue, a covered seating area, a large trampoline, and a swing. A bicycle storage room, a parking space, and Wi-Fi are also available for you to use.
Water and energy costs are included in the total price.
