Comfortable, new holiday home with a swimming pool, located in a picturesque place surrounded by mountains and forests, far from civilization and city noise.

The house is located in Wiśniowa - a village located 30 km from the city of Rzeszów and 35 km from the Rzeszów-Jasionka airport. The property has an area of 150m2 and is adapted for 8 people. Around it is a recreational area with a barbecue gazebo and a swimming pool. Right next to it are two small ponds, where you can do some fishing. There are many interesting hiking trails around.

There are four double rooms, each with two single beds with the option of combining them into one double bed. Additionally, each has a separate bathroom with a shower.

The property has two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and an open relaxation "reading corner".

On the ground floor there is a spacious vestibule, two bedrooms, a small separate toilet, a small utility room and a living room with a kitchen. One of the rooms with a bathroom is fully adapted for disabled people. The bathroom has all the necessary handles for disabled people. The ground floor is also adapted for a disabled person moving in a wheelchair. Both rooms downstairs have separate terrace doors, which can be used to go outside directly. The kitchen with the open living room is a common place for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen contains all the necessary household appliances, i.e. an induction cooker, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, drip coffee maker and kettle.

Around the holiday home there is a garden, in which there is a large barbecue gazebo, equipped with a sink and a small drinks cooler. In front of the house there is a private swimming pool, 8x4m, 1.5m deep. In winter, it is possible to go swimming in the pool. Sun loungers are also available. There is also lounge furniture on the terrace. The area is fully fenced. Guests have 6 parking spaces at their disposal, one of which is wider - for disabled people. There is also a place for waste segregation containers next to the entrance gate.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation.
