Die Ferienwohnung Sonnenblick in Zinnowitz ist dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angepasst. Das Ess- oder Wohnzimmer ist leider dunkel, es muss auch tagsüber Licht eingeschaltet werden. Schade ist die ungünstige Schnittführung der Wohnung, dunkle Räume, Fenster waren nicht geputzt, außerhalb der Fenster überall viele Spinnweben, steile Aufstiegstreppe um zur Wohnung zu gelangen- für behinderte, ältere Menschen ungeeignet, Sehr schön ist die Nutzung des Balkons- täglich Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die eigene Parkfläche für‘s Auto.
