This small holiday rental has its own entrance and consists of one room with a sleeper sofa, as well as a coffee table and a dining table with two chairs. In the converted attic, there is an additional sleeping area with a 1.40-meter-wide bed. With a fireplace for cooler days and the option to sit out in the garden or on the patio, you can make your stay a pleasant one. Internet access via guest Wi-Fi is available with secure login. The naturally lit bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a shower chair. The kitchen is functionally furnished with a stove (2 burners), refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and grill. You’ll find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to quench your initial thirst. In addition, the kitchen is generally stocked with basic supplies such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil, etc., upon your arrival. Outside in the garden, a seating area with a grill is available. You’re also welcome to use the fire pit. Upon request, the landlord can arrange an initial grocery shopping trip for you. Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for a fee. The holiday rental is located on private property not far from the Havel River. Parking is available here, and if you bring your boat to explore the Havel, you’re welcome to park your caravan on the property upon prior arrangement. In addition, you can store your own bicycles here in a dry and sheltered area. There is a charging station for e-bikes, and a repair kit, tools as needed, and a compressor are available for minor repairs. A Canadian canoe with accessories, as well as bicycles, can be used for an additional fee. The Havel Bike Path is 3 km away. Natural swimming spots are located not far from the holiday rental and are within walking distance. Hiking and biking trails are also nearby. Anglers are welcome. Preparing your bountiful catches is easy here. In the immediate vicinity, you can do more than just bike, swim, hike, or fish. There’s a bakery nearby. Discount stores ensure your fridge never runs empty. A health centre with a pharmacy and various doctors is right on site. The convenient location allows you to reach larger cities quickly by bus, train, or car. The nearest major city is about 1 hour away, whether you’re heading to Berlin or Magdeburg.
