The 110 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom. Please note, the only bathroom is located within the main bedroom. The house is ideal for a couple, couples with children, or four family members or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, and cleaning supplies, plus a pleasant terrace.
Enjoy a private garden and outdoor terrace, perfect for dining or sunbathing. Public transport connections, such as tram and bus stops, are nearby, and a tennis court is just 15 minutes away on foot.
