Our guests will enjoy a complimentary seven-day beach service of two chairs and umbrella from March to October.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th-floor balcony of 503, a two-bedroom, two-bath top floor condo situated on a quiet stretch of white sugar-sand beach. We have a driftwood style tile floor throughout with area rugs and have a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, making 503 perfect for two couples or a family. Both master and hall baths have 5-foot wide, step in showers.

A Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful views of sunrise and seasonal sunsets, shelling on the beach, nice common area and pool, private deck for casual dining or sunning, comfortable master bedroom and bath, fully equipped kitchen- everything you could possibly need. Great paved sidewalk in the area for walking/running. Nestled in an area within 30 to 45 minutes of Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton and Destin.

Perfect Spring Break for family!!

Family of 5 on spring break!

We cannot say enough about this beautiful condo. It is so nicely decorated and equipped that it is an ideal place for a family to spend vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. There are even beach toys for the kids! In addition to the inside, the views from the deck are amazing! The white sand beaches are not very crowded, the water is so emerald green and the kids loved the pool when they were tired of being sandy. Navarre is close enough to busier spring break destinations like Destin and Penascola Beach for those types of restaurants and activities, but small enough to feel like you have your own piece of beach and small town feel. We are recommending this to family and friends who haven't yet explored the area. Thank you so much!

Everything as expected

Let me start by saying I reserve 5 star ratings for those "primo" properties. Given that, this met all of our expectations. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and had a well stocked kitchen. Absolutely loved the quiet and peacefulness of being away from all the high rise buildings. No crowded beach here. My biggest ding was trying to get the air to stay at one temp and that was probably more to do with me not understanding the operation of the "Nest" thermostat. It seemed like I would set it at 72 and next thing I knew, it was set at 76 without being touched. I was constantly having to check the temp to keep it where we wanted it. Other than that, we loved the unit.

Perfect beach front condo

This place is perfect. Larger than other condos we have stayed in with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. It rained quite a bit while we were there, so we enjoyed that Netflix was set up on the smart TVs. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. There is even a closet and chest with extra beach stuff: chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, nets, goggles, buckets, etc. I was worried about there being no ice maker, but we filled the trays once a day and had plenty, even for the cooler. This condo complex is not new, but everything is clean and very well maintained. This unit is beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again. The view is breathtaking...even in the rain. The balcony is huge and has great furniture. We ate out there every day. There were some elevator issues the first day, but it was fixed quickly. The beach is kind of narrow which I like because it’s fewer steps to the water. I have zero negative things to say about this place.

This was an amazing condo! The pictures don't do it justice. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. That includes the balcony furniture. 2 full bathrooms was fantastic. Each has a nicely sized walk-in shower. Everything you could ever need or want available. We have been using VRBO for over 10 years and this was the best condo! The complex is small and kept very neat and clean. Easy beach access with chairs and umbrella set up daily and usually before 7 every morning. We look forward to returning in the future!!!

Relaxation at the Emerald Coast

Very nice condo. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay there again. I would suggest bring more bath towels along with beach towels.

Home away from home

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was all the extra little touches, such as the option of coffee makers to a nice selection of books, that makes it above average. We hope to be back again next year! Great hosts!!

We purchased this unit in February 2014. We have been coming regularly to Navarre Beach with its uncrowded beaches and laid-back vibe for over 30 years from our home in Little Rock, and we stayed in Emerald Surf a half dozen times in various units before purchasing 503. We absolutely love our top floor view, but with only five floors you still hear the surf and sea birds. Using the updraft against the side of the building from the afternoon onshore breeze, pelicans fly lazy figure-eights to gain altitude before passing over the roof.

This low-rise condo (only 5 floors with 9 units per floor) with over 300' of beach frontage provides the quiet, low beach density we have been coming to Navarre Beach to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We chose this unit for our 40th anniversary present. We are continuously updating 503, with new kitchen granite and raised granite vanity tops in 2021. For 2022 we are replacing the range, microwave and dishwasher with stainless steel appliances. We enjoy using it for our family and friends and are pleased to offer this extension of our home to our special guests.
