**Living Area**
The holiday rental features a light-filled and spacious living area that instantly makes you feel right at home: “I could stay here!”
The cosy (sleeper) couch (converted to 145x195) invites you to spend long evenings sharing exciting stories. It also provides a sleeping space for one adult or two children, which you can make cosy as soon as you lower the electric roller shade. The fresh sea air is just a step away at any time, since you can access the terrace directly from the living room.
The dining area, where the best holiday stories are shared, is the heart of the home for social gatherings and also serves as the link to the open kitchenette.

**Kitchen**
Here you can cook like a Michelin-starred chef—or at least like someone who loves to cook! The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic-induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and even an espresso machine. The fridge-freezer combo has room for delicious ingredients, ice cubes, and, of course, a bottle of wine. A toaster and kettle are also provided—for perfect rolls or your tea rituals.

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, a dreamy box-spring bed (160x200) awaits you, promising sweet dreams. And don’t worry—with the linens packages you’ve booked, the beds are already made for you. In addition, two bath towels, two hand towels, one shower mat, and one kitchen towel per person are provided.
You can rent any additional linens packages at the Fineline Agency office for €28 each; it’s also possible to rent individual items such as towels or pillows. If needed, you can also rent a children’s high chair.
The closet has plenty of space, even for all your new holiday souvenirs, and you can access the terrace directly from the bedroom—perfect for watching the sunrise, provided you’ve already raised the electric roller shade.

**Bathroom**
The stylish, brand-new bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a toilet, and a towel warmer, offers a touch of spa-like luxury, while the hair dryer is ready to freshen you up after a day at the beach.

**Multimedia**
Two flat-screen TVs (including a smart TV in the bedroom and one with Apple TV 4K in the living room) and a portable Bluetooth speaker create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Free Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected even while on holiday.

**Outdoor Area**
Enjoy the partially covered terrace with an original Sylt beach chair No. 528, ideal for a nap. There’s also a bistro table with two chairs where you can enjoy a cosy meal.
Your parking spot (No. 14) is right outside the door—perfect for spontaneous outings—or in case you need to pop home for a bit, but who wants to do that anyway?!

**Miscellaneous**
The holiday rental’s central location is a dream: The train station is just an eight-minute walk away, Westerland’s main thoroughfare, Friedrichstraße, is 700 m away, and Brandenburger Beach is just 1 km away. All shopping options are within easy reach—you decide what’s on your holiday menu—so you’ll have more time for the things you really love!

Smoking is not permitted here—after all, we all want to enjoy the fresh air! A small, well-behaved dog is welcome upon request (€10 per pet/day).

In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry room, which can be used for a fee (remember to bring 50-cent coins—4 x 50 cents per use).

The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive bus tickets for free. You can use them to travel all over the island during your stay.
