House Margarete - Apartment with 2 bedrooms

Welcome to our holiday rental at Haus Margarete in Neunkirchen, near Saarbrücken. Discover the idyllic natural beauty of the Saarland on its many hiking and biking trails, or explore the diverse shopping and cultural offerings in Saarbrücken.



Two-bedroom apartment:

We offer 2 separate bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a shower/toilet. The living room has a TV with a DVD player and Wi-Fi; the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, hand mixer, and electric stove with oven. An ironing board and iron are provided. There is a patio with seating, a grill, and a parasol. The laundry room is located in the basement and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a clothes rack.



On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is charged after booking. The balance is paid in cash upon departure. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. A washing machine and dryer are available on-site. We charge €4 per wash and dry cycle. This fee is charged on-site.



Check-in is available from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Obergeschoss und ist an einer gut befahrener Hauptstraße.Trotzdem kann man Gut schlafen.Das Parken am Haus ist noch nicht möglich.Soll sich aber ändern.Wir haben uns arrangieren müssen.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Der Döner Laden im Nachbarhaus ist sehr lecker
