Schaumbergblick Holiday Home:

Spanning 85 square metres with a private entrance on the ground floor, the holiday home features 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with an unobstructed view. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. The sideboard contains the essential diningware. The living room is equipped with satellite TV. The bedrooms feature a 2.00 m x 2.00 m double bed on the ground floor and a 2.00 m x 2.00 m double bed on the ground floor, along with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a mirror. The fully equipped built-in kitchen is outfitted with a coffee maker (Senseo), oven, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher with tabs provided, pots and pans, dishes, and all the kitchen utensils necessary for meal preparation. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, and a wheelchair-accessible shower.



On-site costs: A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site by arrangement with the rental owner. Pets are not allowed. Other information: Bed linens, dishware, and towels, as well as a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dishcloths, and cleaning supplies, are provided.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
