The spacious apartments, which accommodate up to 6 people, feature a cosy loft-style living and dining area: the open-concept living area includes a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area with plenty of space to gather together. The bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ensure a restful night’s sleep at the end of the day. The modern bathroom reflects the theme of your apartment with an impressive shower back wall.
A flat-screen TV in both the living room and the bedroom, along with free Wi-Fi, provide plenty of entertainment even when the weather is bad.

The modern, loft-style apartments range in size from 44 to 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people—perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Simply relax and unwind, or stay active by hiking or biking in the beautiful surroundings.
The Saarschleife Lounge and the spacious rooftop terrace serve as social gathering spots for all guests and offer a beautiful view of Orscholz. Coffee specialities and cold drinks are available 24/7 from the drink vending machine.
A small wellness area with infrared cabins is available to you free of charge.
One free parking space per apartment is available on the outdoor grounds or in the underground garage and is, of course, accessible to guests with disabilities. There are also parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a wash area and an e-bike charging station.
All apartments are accessible and suitable for guests with allergies. Controlled ventilation and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate and cosy comfort in every season. A combined heat and power plant and a photovoltaic system provide the complex with sustainable energy, making it nearly self-sufficient. We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the complex; a smoking lounge is available outdoors. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m., check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Other times/key pickup (in person or via a key box) by arrangement.Additional Information: Pets allowed upon request (€10.50/night); baby cot available free of charge; one set of towels included; additional towels €8; washing machine/dryer on-site (€2/hour). Tourist tax: Plus €2.40 per person/night (ages 18 and up), payable on site.
