Our new, lovingly and cosily furnished, detached 85-square-meter holiday home—along with 2 parking spaces on the 470-square-meter property—is available for your exclusive use.Everything has been newly built for our guests. Of particular note are the covered outdoor seating area, the brick barbecue behind the house, and the fire pit with seating in the lower part of the green garden. Those seeking complete peace and quiet should keep in mind that the house is located on a local road (50 km/h).The bedrooms are located at the rear of the bungalow, facing the garden and meadows on the property befinden.In. Holiday Home:

The holiday home offers 85 square metres of space for up to four people. The holiday home is high-end, featuring reclaimed wood on the walls, large tiles, a floor-to-ceiling real-glass shower with a rain showerhead, an infrared sauna, exposed rafters in the living and dining areas, underfloor heating, and cosy, coordinated furnishings. You’ll find 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 organic solid-wood double beds. The open-concept living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as a spacious dining area and a cosy reading nook with a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in cash on site or by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request. Information on included services: Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, use of the infrared sauna, parking.If arriving by car: A private double parking space for your exclusive use is available right in front of the door.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
