Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden.Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch und es ist eine angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen. Viele Prospekte für Unternehmungen sind vorhanden, sogar Spiele und Bücher.Wir waren begeistert.

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut sauber! Es gab keine Spinnweben oder beim Putzen vernachlässigte Ecken. Auch das Bad war in einem tollen Zustand und sehr sauber! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass die Selbstverpflegung ohne Einschränkung für 4 Personen möglich ist. Das ganze Prozedere mit Check-In und Check-out ist völlig unkompliziert, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ausreichend groß. Mit mehr als zwei Erwachsenen wären die Sitzgelegenheiten jedoch etwas knapp und für längere Aufenthalte bei schlechtem Wetter zu wenig. Für uns hat es jedoch super gepasst und Haus Maria war eine optimale "homebase" für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Koblenz.
