Vacation cottage Opolka - Holiday cottage

The Opolka Holiday Home, featuring a terrace and garden views, is located in Dietrichsroda, 13 km from the wine-growing town of Freyburg, 20 km from the Naumburg Cathedral (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 37 km from the Goethe-Schiller Monument, and 37 km from the Jena Tower. Bicycle storage, private parking, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The Jena Optical Museum and the Weimar train station are each 37 km from the holiday home. The nearest airport is Leipzig/Halle Airport, 65 km from the Opolka Holiday Home.
The Sonnengut Gerster organic farm is located in the small, idyllic village of Dietrichsroda, where you can stock up on fresh, natural products such as milk, cheese, sausage, eggs, honey, tea, and coffee, as well as spreads, potatoes, and—on Fridays—freshly baked bread. If you’d rather treat yourself, the Windmühle is the place for you. It’s a cosy little restaurant serving home-style cooking. Highly recommended.



Holiday home:

The holiday home, equipped with Wi-Fi, is located in the small, rural town of Dietrichsroda. This idyllic village is situated in Germany’s northernmost wine-growing region, within the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland area. With approximately 90 m² of living space, the holiday home offers a cosy stay and an idyllic view of the valley. In addition to a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom, the house has two living rooms that are perfect for watching TV or relaxing.
The bedroom is equipped with a closet and a bed (140x200 cm).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for self-catering, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. The dining area seats up to six people.
Young guests are also welcome. For the little ones, a cot, a high chair, and a play area are provided.
Free parking for two cars is available. Electric cars can be charged at the 11 kW wallbox for a fee.
There is a locked storage area on the property for bicycles you bring with you.
You can barbecue on the terrace while enjoying the sunset.



On-site fees: Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or in cash on-site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request (€10 per stay).



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:30.
