Sehr sauberes Appartement, ruhige Lage und nah zur Messe. Ausstattung gut (Bett und Sofa), leider Küchenausstattung sehr basic (kein Rührlöffel, kein Flaschenöffner, keine Müslischalen, keine Teekanne). Supermärkte etwas entfernt. Trotzdem gute Empfehlung für eine oder max. zwei Personen zum Messe- oder Kongressbesuch.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und die freundlichen Worte zu Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Apartments – darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie mit der Küchenausstattung nicht ganz zufrieden waren. Tatsächlich befinden sich sowohl ein Flaschenöffner als auch ein Kochlöffel im Apartment. Offenbar sind diese nicht leicht zu finden gewesen – wir werden uns darum kümmern, dass die Küchenutensilien künftig besser sichtbar bzw. auffindbar sind. Vielen Dank für den Hinweis!
Eine Teekanne gehört derzeit tatsächlich nicht zur Ausstattung. Zum Geschirrservice gehören aktuell große und kleine Teller sowie Suppenteller.
Bezüglich der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Der nächste große Supermarkt ist etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt in etwa 150 m Entfernung wird derzeit renoviert und ist hoffentlich bald wieder geöffnet. Dort befinden sich außerdem ein Gemüsehändler, zwei Bäckereien sowie ein Metzger.

Ich hatte einen extrem freundlichen Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, die mir auf eine kurze Frage hin, einfach so auf Maps Fußrouten rausgesucht und geschickt hat.Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich.Zentral gelegen mit Strassenbahnhaltestelle die fußläufig erreichbar istHandtücher und Bettwäsche waren im Preis der Wohnung enthalten, mussten nicht extra gebucht werden.Komplikationsloses Ein- und Auschecken.Mir fällt nichts Negatives ein Werde mir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall merken und auch weiterempfehlen

Wunderschönes gemütliches Appartement im Erdgeschoss, sehr ruhig, tolle Lage, nette Gastgeberin - operativ, schnell, sehr freundlich; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen!

Schönes kleines Appartement, superverkehrsgünstig im Grünen und sehr engagierte Gastgeberin
Wenn man zu Hause viel Platz hat, erfordert das schön eingerichtete Ein-Zimmer-Appartement im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ein ungewohntes Zusammenrücken. Toll ist die Lage im Grünen direkt am Nordpark, in superverkehrsgünstiger Lage direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle - von der man innerhalb der Wohnung absolut nichts mitbekommt. Das einzige Geräusch, das wir mitbekamen, war, allerdings nur bei geöffneten Fenstern, das Zwitschern der Vögel. Gelegentlich huschte am Fenster ein Eichhörnchen vorbei und im unmittelbar bebnachbarten Park bekamen wir während unseres einwöchigen Osteraufenthalts in Düsseldorf ein Kaninchen nach dem anderen zu Gesicht. Es gab ein einziges Mal ein kleines Problem, nicht innerhalb der Wohnung, sondern im Stockwerk darüber, und Gina, unsere Gastgeberin, war sofort bemüht, das abzustellen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!
