Ahoy and a warm welcome to our "Backhaus Holiday Rental" —your cosy holiday home in the “Kiebitzdelle-Leegde 10 Holiday House” on Borkum. With a bright living room and two separate bedrooms, it’s ideal for your family holiday. Just a few minutes away, and you’re already at the beautiful South Beach!

The holiday apartment offers a spacious layout with 85 m² of living space. In the open living area, complete with a dining table, a cosy couch corner, a TV, and a stereo system, you can spend relaxing holiday days. Here, you can sit together in peace, play games, read, watch films, or listen to music. Or you can daydream a bit and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding area towards Südbad!

You can easily prepare snacks for your outing and delicious meals in the separate kitchen. It’s equipped with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances. For shared meals, there’s a dining table in the living room.

Two separate bedrooms offer you pleasant places to retreat. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (100 x 200 cm each), and the children’s room with two single beds (each 100 x 200 cm). You’re also welcome to use the couch in the living room.

The elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a shower and the additional guest bathroom provide added comfort.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests. Your children are welcome to play in the house’s garden (in the unfenced area).

General Information:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor). A washing machine is available for your use (in the apartment). There is a parking space in front of the house; bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed in the garden. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

The “Kiebitzdelle-Leegde 10 Holiday Home” is situated in a beautiful location. A 10-minute walk or a two-minute bike ride will take you to the Südbad. In addition to numerous beach chairs and wide sunbathing areas, there is a swimming area supervised by the DLRG. On cooler days, the glistening waves invite you to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the wonderful North Sea atmosphere.

The larger Nordbad, as well as the promenade and the town centre with its cafés and restaurants, are just under a 10-minute bike ride away. The nearest shops and a bakery are within walking distance of the apartment.

With its beautiful bike paths, numerous sports facilities, and small events, Borkum offers a varied holiday experience.
