Dünenrose and Tuttelduuv - Your thatched-roof semi-detached house offers two units, each measuring 80 square metres, for a relaxing holiday together. The comfortable and modern furnishings and amenities of this beautiful thatched-roof house will put you in the mood for a holiday by the sea the moment you arrive.

Your thatched-roof holiday home, with two separate entrances to the Dünenrose and the Tuttelduuv, offers you the opportunity to experience both togetherness and privacy during your holiday. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your holiday.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome, but only one dog is allowed in each of the “Dünenrose” and “Tuttelduuv” units.

Here’s what the respective houses look like:

On the ground floor:

A small entryway with a view into the open living area, providing a relaxing welcome for all guests. Adjacent to the hallway is the first bathroom with a walk-in shower. A small utility room provides space for the washing machine. A spacious, stylish, and cosy living-dining area with a leather sofa, armchair, fireplace, and smart TV. The kitchen area features a large dining table for 4 or 6 people and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, and plenty of other kitchen utensils. From the open-concept kitchen-living area, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace area with a view of the open, unspoiled nature of the Salzhaff region. Here, you can also wonderfully enjoy the clear Baltic Sea sky and simply unwind.

Upstairs:

The two bedrooms are located upstairs and offer guests a peaceful retreat.

Cosy patio area for a lovely barbecue evening and lounge chairs for relaxing in the garden, electric grill, 2 parking spaces, shed for storing bicycles.

Pets: One dog per half of the house is allowed and must be specified and paid for at the time of booking.

Important Information:
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off pyrotechnic devices (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

What makes it special is the unobstructed view from both terraces of the beautiful natural landscape of the Salzhaff region. This makes it one of the few homes that offers our guests this view.

With two separate entrances, the semi-detached house features two beautiful apartments, each measuring 80 square metres, providing ample space for up to 10 adult guests and 1 toddler up to 2 years old. A total of 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms in each unit, and a cosy living-dining area in each with an adjoining terrace overlooking the magnificent landscape of the Salzhaff region make your stay here truly perfect. The choice is yours... book the entire duplex as an “XL” package or opt for just one half.

The small garden surrounding the holiday home offers space for dining together and relaxing. For kids, there’s plenty of room in the garden and around the holiday home to play, run around, and make friends. A nearby playground offers many more opportunities for play.

Breathtaking nature and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your holiday here into a relaxing retreat and ensure a lasting sense of calm. It’s just 900 m to the swimming area and the insider surf spot at Salzhaff.

Leisure:
The charming holiday town of Pepelow is located right on the Salzhaff, offers small local shops, and is also a wonderful starting point to explore the Baltic Sea coast with its seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel, or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.

Right nearby is the San Pepelone campground (700 m) with a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop (open during the season) for daily necessities and fresh bread, the Seaside beach restaurant; a fish stand serving freshly caught seafood, and a varied breakfast menu.

The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball and volleyball courts, rentals for surfing equipment, boats, and bicycles, and fishing.

Extras for families:

Please note:
One dog is permitted in both the Dünenrose and the Tuttelduuv and must be declared and booked in advance.
(10 euros per night, plus a 42.00 euro dog cleaning fee)

2 hours in the sauna are included. Each additional hour costs 5 euros—the sauna is operated with tokens.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
