Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large balcony 15 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the river. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
