Welcome to our newly renovated holiday rental, “Altstadtliebe,” where you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay in Eisenach.

This fully equipped holiday rental is located in the centre of Eisenach. Eisenach is known for Wartburg Castle and is also known as “Lutherstadt.” The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a commercial building and offers a wonderful view of the Frauenplan (the city’s central square). It is one of the three historic market settlements within the current city limits and part of the Eisenach Old Town heritage site. Thanks to its central location, the apartment is perfectly situated, with many restaurants, local shops, and amenities within walking distance.

The Accommodation:

In total, the holiday rental accommodates 6 people, with two bedrooms featuring two double beds and a sofa bed for two people. The modern living/dining room offers plenty of space for cosy gatherings around the large dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a smart TV with YouTube and streaming services. In the adjoining kitchen, you’ll find a coffee maker, a kettle, a new microwave, and a refrigerator. The brightly designed bathrooms are stocked with hand towels, bath towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries. There is also a separate guest bathroom. Of course, we provide towels and bed linens—including spare sets—for your entire stay. For longer stays, we can arrange for additional cleaning of the apartment. Please contact us.

From here, you can easily reach all the region’s major attractions. You’re just a short walk from the historic city centre, and the Dragon’s Gorge and Wartburg Castle are only a few minutes away by car.

Bicycle storage for guests:

If needed, you can use the separate, lockable bicycle storage room; please feel free to let us know in advance—the key to the storage room is located in the holiday rental.

Additional important information:

Thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi, the apartment is also well-suited for remote work. The central location offers quick access to the A4 highway as well as Federal Highways B7, B19, and B84, and of course, the short distance to Eisenach Central Station (with ICE service) or via FlixBus allows you to travel to Eisenach several times a day at an affordable price....

To ensure a safe and convenient check-in, we’ve equipped the apartment with a smart door lock. Upon booking and before your trip begins, you’ll receive a code via email, WhatsApp, or text message. This code is valid for your entire stay. Use the code to unlock the smart door lock on the front door.
