The sugar-white sand and emerald waters of Perdido Key's beaches are simply breathtaking, and create the perfect setting for an unforgettable beach vacation!

This stunning 2 bedroom unit features a sophisticated décor and luxury upgrades such as high-end furnishings, large flat-screen televisions, quality linens, and not to mention the most amazing views of our beloved Gulf Coast! The living area boasts a comfy sofa and loveseat plus two additional chairs, huge LCD television, and floor to ceiling windows that lead to a spacious gulf front balcony! There's even a telescope where you can watch dolphins or stargaze!

Enjoy your morning coffee or after-dinner cocktail on the oversized 300 square foot beachfront terrace, which offers seating for 4 at the outdoor dining table plus a cushioned outdoor sofa! Cooking is not only easy but also enjoyable in the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a smooth cook top, side-by-side fridge with in-door water and ice dispenser, and all the small appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area offers seating for 6, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master suite is elegantly appointed, hosting a king-size premium bed with memory foam mattress, another large flat screen television and beachfront balcony access! The attached master bath is equally impressive, featuring a jetted garden tub, a separate walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities and gulf views. The second bedroom offers a queen, full, plus a twin sleeping 5 in this bedroom alone! The living room couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa, allowing accommodations for up to 9.

Nice place on the beach

Our family had a lovely stay at the Beach Colony Resort. This condo is cozy, well appointed and in a great location. With that said, the property is aging and that showed a little with an A/C that struggled to stay cold, only one elevator in the building was working, and some of the keys/key codes were very difficult to operate. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and overall excellent location.

Great choice for getaway!

My husband and I traveled to Perdido Key at the end of August. The condo is decorated nicely, is clean, and was comfortable. We loved our stay!

Spring Break 2023

The good: Location: less traffic/busy compared to Orange Beach, but only a 10-20 min drive to most shopping/restaurants. Unit had sufficient amenities/appliances/kitchen needs . Rooms were spacious, decor was contemporary w/ "beach" theme. TVs in each room, with internet access. Balcony was spacious with great view of ocean, comfortable & adequate seating/table. The bad: Instructions for check-in were very confusing. Directions indicated there was a "panel" to input our code on a north wall between elevators. There was no panel where indicated, which created significant confusion on arrival. Adding to the confusion was that 1 of the 2 elevators were inoperable but was unknown to us at the time and unfortunately was the elevator we were trying to use (while in tow with all of our stuff we just had unpacked ). Since our code was not working (inside the broken elevator), we struggled in panic wondering how we were going to access our unit without having to cart everything up 7 flights of stairs. Thankfully another visitor showed how & where to input the code INSIDE the working ELEVATOR (which was also quite awkward/difficult since the buttons didnt make a sound or light up so you really never knew if you were pushing them sufficiently & needed to be entered quickly). Once we figured out the elevator we were using was broken, we finally were able to get upstairs in the 1 working elevator. The gate INTO the property was also not functioning properly. If an attendant was at the gate (not 24/7) they "buzzed us in", instead of having to use the code we were given (which never did work). Thankfully another visitor gave us THEIR gate code, which seemed to work ok. The middle tower of the property was under construction during our stay. I knew this in advance because it stated on website at booking back in November. I called prior to my final payment to inquire the status to avoid loud noise during our stay and to cancel w/full refund if construction would be disruptive, but they assured us that most of it was finished & only painting was being done. Most of the week we noted only a couple workers outside on their phone or watching tourists on the beach 90% of the day with little work actually being done. Unfortunately the last 2 days of our stay (with best weather), more workers arrived w/drilling/grinding/sand blasting being done and was very loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay, although main property needs updating (gate/elevators)

Very nice unit!

Beautifully decorated; very clean; amazing views; great location! King bed was uncomfortable for us - too soft. Also, a larger TV in the great room would be nice, and in line with several other Beach Colony units. Enjoyed our stay.
