Discover this beautiful ground-floor apartment in a central yet quiet location in Norddeich!

The private entrance, accessible directly from the car park, leads you straight into a small entryway, from which you can enter the spacious living area. Here you’ll find a large sofa facing the big TV, as well as the dining area with seating for 7 people and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. From the living area, you also have direct access to the furnished terrace (6 chairs, table, umbrella) with a garden area surrounded by a small hedge.

The apartment also features a bedroom on the ground floor with a double box-spring bed (full-length topper, 1.80 m), an armchair, and a closet, as well as two bathrooms: One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large, walk-in shower, an electric towel warmer, a window, a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, a drying rack, and a hair dryer; the second bathroom features another walk-in shower, an urinal, a toilet, and a small sink.

Laminate flooring is installed throughout the apartment, and all windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and pleated blinds. Comfortable underfloor heating provides additional warmth throughout the entire house.

The holiday apartment complex also features a private playground for our younger guests (subject to change; we assume no liability).

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi (we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

A parking space and an outdoor storage area in front of it with an electrical socket for your bicycles are also included with the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in this rental.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for nature excursions. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
