Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Der kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist von außen nicht einsehbar und bietet Platz zum Verweilen.Die Einbauküche wirkt hochwertig und verfügt über Backofen und Dampfgarer. Leider fehlt es an Schneidebrettern, Auflaufformen etc. um diese adäquat nutzen zu können.Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung bietet im Grunde alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und verfügt über eine tolle ..

Die Wohnung bietet im Grunde alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und verfügt über eine tolle Einbauküche, sehr gute Betten, ein großes, modernes und helles Bad, eine schöne Gästetoilette, einen Kaminofen, ansprechende Möbel und eine reichhaltige Ausstattung. In Teilen ist erkennbar, dass es sich um ein ca. 1970-er Jahre-Haus mit einer vor Jahren vorgenommenen Sanierung handelt. Folglich sind kleine Mängel, bspw. an den Türen, erkennbar. Hinzu kommt, dass ich im Vorfeld nicht über einen defekten Backofen informiert worden bin und nach unserer Anreise als Ersatz auf einen Konvektomaten verwiesen worden bin. Die Darstellung des Vermietungsbüros, der Defekt sei nicht bekannt gewesen, ist durch den Eigentümer widerlegt worden. Die mangelhafte Kommunikation des Vermittlungsbüros und die leichten Mängel hindern mich in der Addition daran, für die Ausstattung mehr als vier Punkte zu vergeben. Bei allen Vorzügen hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und der Größe der Wohnung empfinde ich den Preis für zu hoch. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah an der Einkaufs- und "Flaniermeile" mit entsprechender Gastronomie, die auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar ist. Der örtliche EDEKA-Markt ist in etwa 700 m Entfernung gelegen und auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand liegt auf der anderen Seite Horumersiels, wie auch der gemeindliche Park mit See. Der Gesamteindruck fußt auf den vorherigen Bewertungen. Die Beurteilung zur Weiterempfehlung ist durch meine Wahrnehmung zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die nicht zufriedenstellende Kommunikation mit dem Büro vor Ort geprägt.
