Experience genuine South Tyrolean flair in our vacation apartment, which impresses with its traditional charm. This accommodation offers:
A cozy old farmhouse parlor, ideal for relaxing and sitting together.
A traditional bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
An additional bedroom with two separate beds - perfect for children or friends.
A fully equipped kitchen that meets all needs.
A bathroom with shower.
A special highlight is the private sunny lawn, equipped with tables, benches, sun loungers and parasols. Here you can enjoy the wonderful mountain air and unwind.
The vacation home is the last house on a quiet and sunny street, offering a secluded location at 1,100 m above sea level. A free shuttle service is available 100 m away. The Sciliar-Rosengarten Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, begins directly behind the house, making it an ideal base for hiking, climbing, and nature exploration. In winter, the Carezza ski area is easily accessible via a cable car and shuttle, perfect for skiing, winter hiking, and snowshoeing.
