Vielen Dank für Ihre Einschätzung. Wir werden uns die Angelegenheit genauer ansehen. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir Sie nochmals an die Umstände Ihres Aufenthalts erinnern müssen. Sie hatten ursprünglich eine andere Wohnung gemietet, entschieden sich aber aufgrund Ihres Hundes und Ihres Mannes für das Erdgeschoss, um den Zugang zu erleichtern. Wir haben alle notwendigen Schritte unternommen, um Ihnen diesen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Sie erhielten von uns detaillierte Fotos der gesamten Wohnung und der Unterschiede zwischen den Etagen. Letztendlich haben Sie sich bewusst für die untere Wohnung entschieden.
Wir persönlich finden es sehr schade, denn wir haben uns extra für Sie eingesetzt. Wir bedanken uns trotzdem und wünschen noch eine schöne Zeit.
