Fürs Langlaufen perfekt gelegen, auch zum Einkaufen, dafür etwas lärmig (für empfindliche). Die Wohnung per se ist geräumig, 2 grosse Badezimmer. Einrichtung dürfte überdenkt werden und in der Küche müsste einiges erneuert werden. V-Zug Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung.
