Die Dünenrose in der Friesenresidenz ist eine Fewo, in der man sich richtig zu Hause fühlt. Komple..

Die Dünenrose in der Friesenresidenz ist eine Fewo, in der man sich richtig zu Hause fühlt. Komplett ausgestattet, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle , Toaster ,Kaffemaschine und zusätzlich eine Nespressomaschine. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner findet man im Keller der Tiefgarage, pro Benutzung 3,00€. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Das Appartement ist über 2 Etagen. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich oben und ist über eine schmale steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Für uns super, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es für ältere Gäste schwierig sein könnte. Unser Auto hatte einen Platz in der Tiefgarage, die hoch genug ist auch für SUV's, allerdings sind die Parklücken sehr eng, wegen der Pfeiler im Keller. Unser Fahrradträger hatte in der Garage Platz und die Fahrräder standen draußen in einem Carport. Im Keller gibt es außerdem eine Sauna, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Bäcker und ein Edeka sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die liebevoll eingerichtete Dünenrose uneingeschrenkt weiter.
