Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Abwicklung war alles bestens, sehr gut. Die ersten 3 Tage..

Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Abwicklung war alles bestens, sehr gut. Die ersten 3 Tage hatten wir bewölktes Wetter mit Temperaturen 20-25C. Danach wurde es wärmer und sonnig. Leider ist, trotz Lüftungsversuchen mit dem Lamellenvorhang, an guten Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Temperaturen lagen jenseits von 26C im Schlafzimmer. Auch der Balkon ist bei sonnigem Wetter nicht zu nutzen. Die Markise ist zu schmal und nicht lang genug. Zusätzlich ist sie in einem Winkel von fast 45o montiert, sodass die Sonne ungehindert mit voller Kraft auf den Balkon scheint. Es ist keinerlei Beschattung gegeben. Die Wohnung und das Haus sind wirklich schön und ansprechend. Nur sind die vorgenannten Punkte leider sehr unschön.

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung,lässt nichts vermissen um sich selbst versorgen zu können.Bett fanden wir sehr bequem.Kleines Manko ist,dass es im oberen Bereich der der Schlafbereich ist,sehr warm wird,auch wenn es eine hochwertige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster gibt.Da wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich.Wenn es Abends abkühlt,bekommt man die Wärme ganz gut durch lüften raus.Der Blick jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken auf dem Balkon auf den Bodensee war richtig schön.Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
