The holiday home is a traditional half-timbered house (built around 1700) and underwent extensive renovation and modernization in 2000 and 2019. It is located in the historic district of Bodenwerder, parallel to the Weser promenade. Many excursion and recreational opportunities, biking and hiking trails, canoe tours, and much more are accessible directly from the holiday home. Centrally located in the old town with sightseeing, shopping, and dining options.



WeserAusZeit:

The holiday home offers 140 square metres of space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with 2 gas burners, a 2-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. A cosy living and dining area for 6 people with a wood-burning stove and a beautiful bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower and 2 sinks complete the open yet cosy living space. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.40 m)—making it a great place to relax. In the annex, in the hallway, there is a bicycle storage area and an additional room with a second bathroom, a washing machine, and drying facilities. An additional side room featuring a spacious infrared sauna, exercise equipment, and a partially covered, landscaped courtyard with a lounge area and an outdoor shower (not available in winter) round out the holiday home’s amenities for relaxation.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM.Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. The key will be provided via a code, which you will receive via text message well in advance of your arrival. A cot or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
