The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a sunny balcony overlooking the Piz Lischana. The surroundings invite you to take small and large walks and hikes in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping is possible at the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun.
The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house, and you can comfortably reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes by bus. Using the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away.
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Take a cozy walk through the old town district, relax in the bath and sauna landscape, or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.

Gelungene Skiferien in geschmackvoll eingerichteter Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern
Ideale Wohnung für zwei Paare oder ein Paar und eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, da zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind. Gemütlicher Wohnraum. Zwei Balkone. Schöne Aussicht zum Inn.
Topflappen haben gefehlt. Die Küchenbeleuchtung ist nicht optimal.

Grosse, saubere und gut ausgestattete FeWo in Scuol
Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und top eingerichtet. Wir schätzten kleine Details, wie vorhandene Spülmaschinentabs, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln und genügend Tücher und Lappen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich. Endlich einmal genügend Stauraum und eine grosse Garderobe. Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage gleich beim Skibus ist ebenfalls super.
Einziger Negativpunkt: sehr schlechtes Bett inkl. Matratzen im Elternzimmer (zu kurzes Bett, schlechte Matratzen und sehr schlechte Kissen). Hier wäre dringend eine Investition notwendig.

schöne Wohnung für Winterferien mit toller Aussicht
gute Lage
grosszügige Wohnung, perfekt für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern
gut eingerichtet: es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt
wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon
bequeme Betten und dann erst noch bezogen, ein grosser und von uns sehr geschätzter Luxus
bei Ankunft war der Thermostat auf 6 eingestellt und die Wohnung deshalb sehr heiss
die Kissen und Duvetbezüge sind sehr angenehm, verrutschen aber, wodurch es ein Durcheinander gibt
Abtrocknungstuch saugt nicht

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Da wir im Januar Minusgrade im zweistelligen Bereich hatten, haben es die Gäste zuvor wahrscheinlich so hoch eingestellt. Da bei Gästewechsel gut Durchlüftet wird, ist es unserm Reinigungspersonal wohlmöglich nicht aufgefallen, dass es so warm ist. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehlichkeiten.
