This dreamlike penthouse is located in the most beautiful villa district of Crikvenica! Here you have a very nice living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a unique roof terrace at your disposal. In addition to the standard equipment, this flat has 2 air conditioning units (2x in the living area), 2 large Smart TVs with satellite connection, a WiFi connection, a solar hot water supply, a massage shower and underfloor heating for colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large freezer, filter coffee machine, egg boiler etc. Two bicycles are available free of charge. There are two free private car parking spaces in the grounds of the house.
