Cozy self-catering room with a view of the Breitenstein

We warmly welcome you to our renovated former farmhouse on the outskirts of Fischbachau.

Just a few minutes from the town centre, you can join the premium hiking trail right outside our front door or set out on extended bike rides and mountain hikes.

During both the summer and winter months, the hiking and skiing areas of Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld are conveniently accessible in about 15 minutes.

All year round, you can enjoy our small shared balcony with a direct view of the Breitenstein, as well as our newly designed outdoor area with a cosy seating area in the garden in front of the house.

The room (26 sqm) includes a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.

For relaxing and unwinding, you’ll find a corner bench with a dining table, a two-seater sofa, and a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV.

Our self-catering room includes a large refrigerator, as well as dishes, silverware, and glasses (we clean everything for you daily), a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
All of these are located separately, outside the room.

Here you have the option to prepare breakfast, a light meal, or small snacks (however, there is no kitchen or cooking facilities available).
