Outside, enjoy a private pool, children’s pool, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower—ideal for families and friends to make the most of the outdoors.



The house offers a pool, barbecue area with wood oven, and several terraces and porches with stunning views of the Llevant Natural Park. The property is just 3 km from the beaches of Cala des Matzoc, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Torta. The charming town of Artà is 8 km away.



There is a private parking space on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property consists of 2 separate units, divided by an always-open door, with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms for guests’ use.
