The Feldmann Guest House is the perfect place for families and friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a spacious holiday home.
With two separate units—a 100-square-meter ground-floor apartment and a 90-square-meter apartment on the upper floor—the house can accommodate up to 12 people. The large, partially fenced-in garden is perfect for relaxing, and dogs are warmly welcome here. The house is not suitable for loud, private parties.
Both apartments were inspected in October 2022 according to DTV criteria and awarded 4 stars.
The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 twin bedrooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining/living area with a large table and a SMART TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The hot tub in the garden, available year-round, offers a special opportunity for relaxation. The basement features a sauna and a game room with a mini foosball table.
The upstairs apartment also accommodates up to 6 people. It is accessible via a staircase and offers a great view from the covered balcony. Here, too, there are 3 twin bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom.
Free children’s amenities (travel cots, high chairs, changing pad) and high-speed Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.

Ground Floor
Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It features an oven, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with three freezer compartments, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and much more. The kitchen is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people, so even larger groups can be comfortably catered to.
Bathroom:
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer provide additional convenience and are especially practical for longer stays. A separate guest bathroom rounds out the bathroom facilities.
Dining/Living Area:
The spacious dining and living area invites you to relax. A large dining table seats up to 12 people, making it ideal for shared meals or playing board games in a convivial atmosphere. High chairs for children can be provided free of charge upon request. The living room is equipped with a SMART TV—ideal for cosy film nights on rainy days. Board games and a small library with books and DVDs provide entertainment. From the dining/living area, you have direct access to the large, covered terrace, which can be used as a sunroom—a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air, regardless of the weather.
Bedrooms:
The apartment features three comfortably furnished twin bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. The rooms are designed to be welcoming and functional, offering a pleasant atmosphere for restful nights.

Surroundings
The guesthouse’s garden is a real highlight. Here, guests have exclusive use of a terrace/sunroom measuring approximately 20 m², which is sheltered from wind and rain. This area is perfect for relaxing outdoors. A charcoal grill and a fire pit are also part of the house’s amenities and ensure cosy evenings outdoors.
