(approx. 75 m²) on the 2nd floor of a
apartment building (approx. 15 km from Koblenz).
1 parking space available at the building.
Rooms: Large living/dining room, 2 bedrooms
(1 bed measuring 1.80 m × 1 bed measuring 1.40 m),
kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, guest bathroom, entryway closet.
The accommodation is an ideal starting point for hikes (Moselsteig, Traumpfade, etc.),
trips to the Eifel and Hunsrück regions, or to the city of Koblenz—which is over 2,000 years old—where the Rhine and Moselle
converge, visits to wineries and wine festivals, etc.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as we need to accommodate guests with allergies. Our
holiday rental is smoke-free.

Please be considerate and sort your trash properly and dispose of it regularly.
The couch in the living room MUST NOT be converted into a bed!
