Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.


High-quality premium bedding and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You will need one linen package per person.
Each premium bed linen package contains: 1x high-quality premium bed linen, consisting of one pillowcase, duvet cover, and one bed sheet per bed
The premium towel set contains per package: 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, and additionally per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2 tea towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
