Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Aber sie ist sehr abgewohnt. Im Bad platzt die Farbe ab an der Tür. Die Abzugshaube da geht kein Licht und das schon seit November. Es ist sehr dunkel zum Kochen. Die Mikrowelle geht nicht. Sie ist defekt. Der Toaster ist seit März vorigen Jahres kaputt und unappetitlich anzusehen. Das Sofa riecht und man sieht es wenn die Kissen weggenommen werden das das es schon Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Spinnenwebe ist seit November an der Beleuchtung Decke. Wir waren jetzt 4 mal in dieser Wohnung und haben viele Themen schon angesprochen. Es hat sich nichts geändert Leider.

Leider fehlten in der Grundausstattung wichtige Dinge wie Weingläser, Biergläser und Wassergläser. Die Möbel wirkten abgewohnt und alt. Im Badezimmer waren an dem Waschtisch und der Tür die Farbe abgeblättert. In der Küche war an der Dunstabzugshaube die Abdeckung von der Beleuchtung nicht mehr vorhanden. Und es gab keine Beleuchtung im Arbeitsbereich der Küche. Alles defekt. Im Badezimmer roch alles sehr unangenehm. Im einem Schlafzimmer war die Nachttisch Lampe defekt und die Übergardine hing an einer Seite herunter. In der ganzen Wohnung funktionierte die Heizung nicht, weil Luft in den Heizkörper war.

Wir können die vorherigen Kommentare zu dieser Wohnung nur bestätigen. Die Bilder der Wohnung vermitteln einen hochwertigeren Eindruck als er in Wirklichkeit ist. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr verwohnt und es fehlt an Grundausstattung in der Küche und auch an anderen Dingen (z.B. einen Wäscheständer) Im Küchenschrank haben wir sogar noch ein abgelaufen es Olivenöl von 2022 gefunden. Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen und die Inletts der Bettwäsche ebenfalls.
