A completely renovated apartment, completed in March 2024, in a quiet yet central and easily accessible location in Lollar. <br>Our apartment, located in a traffic-calmed turning circle and right on the Lumda River, features a separate entrance, a large kitchen-living room, a combined living room/bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a sleeper sofa (140 cm), and a bathroom with a shower.<br><br>The apartment is located in the bright basement of our home, right on the Lumda River (accessible from the property). A small entryway, a cosy kitchen-diner, and a living room/bedroom with direct access to the shower room invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay. Lollar is centrally located, and Giessen, Wetzlar, and Marburg are just a few minutes’ drive away. Supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, petrol stations, bakeries, butchers, and more are all within easy walking distance.<br><br>The apartment has a separate entrance.<br>A code lock will be set up before check-in with a 6-digit code of your choice.<br><br>We live in the same house, and our family includes three small West Highland Terriers, who also have free access to the property.<br>Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 will be added to your booking. <br>Each additional guest aged 2 or older will be charged €18 per day.
