This beautiful lodge sits on 20 acres, complete with huge lawns, gardens, flower beds and lots of outdoor activities venues like sand volleyball, golf, horseshoes, hiking. The lodge has 9 bedrooms - 8.5 baths, each bedroom has private bathroom. Several bedrooms have lofts with ladder access.
MAX occupancy of lodge is 34. ** TWO ADDITIONAL 1/bdr APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST IF MORE SPACE IF NEEDED.
MAX occupancy with apartments is 42.
Huge kitchen with commercial appliances, custom granite counter tops and 2 large outdoor grills. Large dining room with seating for 25. Extra refrigerator and freezer. Lodge has sitting area with fireplace great for reading or relaxing, large family room, 4 fireplaces and 3 patios to relax on. Heated with radiant heating in the flooring. Includes laundry and gym facilities.

Our family has lived in the area for 20 years. We are raising our 6 children in this beautiful valley. We love this area and the people that call it home. We both are excited to share our love of the area with you and your family.

Alton is a peaceful community nestled in a secluded, quiet farming valley just a few miles from the main road. The valley is surrounded by unbelievable scenery and is truly a special place. One guest said it best, "If there were more places like Alton, the world would be a better place!"
What makes this property unique
This is a real log home with some fantastic modern twists. The kitchen is great to make gourmet meals or simple staples to help you spend more time with the ones you love. There is lots of space with the open floor plan to accommodate just a few or a large crowd. We have a beautiful outdoor firepit to accommodate a large group along with a outdoor amphitheater with log benches. The lodge is located on 20 acres, providing lots of room for activities....including playing games on the 30,000 sf lawn, a sand volleyball court, a golf driving range, horseshoe pit or archery range. Or just sit on one of the two decks and enjoy the view and the quiet.
