The holiday rental can accommodate 3–4 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer) and a washing machine, has everything you could need. The holiday home features 2 bedrooms with a 180/200 cm double box-spring bed and a 140/200 cm bed. The bathroom with a shower rounds out the overall experience. You can spend relaxing hours soaking up the sun on the terrace. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.



primApartments consists of two holiday apartments in one building. It is located in a residential area and is the perfect place to relax. It offers a view of the Schaumberg. The apartment is on the ground floor but is not wheelchair accessible. The holiday rental includes a terrace with a garden, which can be used for barbecuing and for children to play. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. There are plenty of shopping options in town. The Schaumberg is also in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities, such as biking, swimming at the outdoor pool, or the Schaumbergbad. Lake Bostal is about a 20-minute drive away.



On-site fees: A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than one month before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot/extras bed can be provided free of charge upon request as part of the Business & Holiday Apartment package. The base rate includes towels, bath towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
