We didn’t need to contact Richard during the stay as all the information was provided! It’s a great location and we were amazed that although we were above a store, there was no noise. The place was amazingly clean. No nook or cranny was overlooked. We’d highly recommend this for your stay in Leland.

Perfect place to stay in Leland. It has a flight of stairs to go up to the apt so keep that it mind if you have any trouble walking but was no problem. The place was roomy and older but nice. Had everything you need. (the only thing I would have liked was better bath towels-sm thing and a new shower liner) But would definitely stay again. Nice having a washer/dryer.
