Hi there, and welcome to our new holiday rental, "Küstenwind." Look forward to a bright and welcoming holiday rental with thoughtful touches where you’ll feel right at home any time of year.

Die This allergy-friendly, pet-free, and smoke-free holiday rental for up to 4 people is located on the upper floor of a single-family home with a separate entrance. It’s located on the outskirts of Norden Norddeich. The beach and town are about 2 km away.
It’s just a few minutes away by bike.
All skylights are triple-glazed and equipped with sunshades, blackout blinds, and fly screens.

Spanning approximately 75 square metres, the open-concept living/dining area features a seating area with a leather recliner, as well as a dining nook for cosy moments.
In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable leather sofa (with reclining function), a cable Smart TV (Netflix-ready—you just need your login credentials), a stereo system with a CD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
A generous selection of games and books is also included.
The new kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, very large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, etc.
In the separate bedroom, featuring a large double bed (180x200 cm), a linen closet, and a seating area, you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
The second bedroom offers two additional sleeping spots in a large double bed.
The bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer, heated floors, and a large walk-in shower (90×90 cm), is ready and waiting for you.

Your parking space is located on the property right next to the house.
In the fenced-in garden area, there is a covered shelter for motorcycles and bicycles. There’s also a charging station for your e-bikes. Bike rentals are available for a fee, either from us or nearby.

Enjoy your own very large garden area with outdoor furniture, as well as a sunny terrace with a grill.
Feel free to use our outdoor games for entertainment and the two lounge chairs to relax.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Fewo, die durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Alles war super sauber. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der große, schön gestaltete Garten zur Alleinbenutzung mit Sitzbereich, einem Grill und lauschigen Ecken zum Erholen und Genießen. Die Gastgeber Sabine und Dirk sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - ein Rundumsorglos-Aufenthalt war das.Das ruhige Haus und die ebensolche Stadtrandlage waren ideal für uns. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Norden sowie in Norddeich, mit dem Auto sowieso.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung, die nicht nur in vielen Details liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, sondern auch alles bietet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben, einschließlich der Möglichkeit unseren Fahrradträger sicher aufzuhängen, die Fahrräder geschützt unterstellen zu können und Steckdosen zum Laden der E-Bikes. Ebenso die Möglichkeit im Garten, der sehr groß ist, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen in der gemütlichen Sitzecke, an der Feuerschale oder einfach auf den Sonnenliegen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben Tipps für Ausflugsziele oder auch Veranstaltungen in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war einfach ein wunderbares Erlebnis und es passte alles. Eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles tiptop sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Fahrradunterstellplätze super, und der schöne Garten auch zum Genießen bereit. Leckere Restaurantempfehlungen und gute Freizeittipps on top.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und hoffen auf ein zweites Mal! Riesiges Dankeschön an Fam. Duderstadt

Von den Gastgebern konnten wir gute Fahrräder mieten, mit denen waren wir in 20 Minuten am Strand, 15 Minuten zur Seehundstation, 15 zum Waloseum und 10 zum Einkaufen. Schöne Wohnung, schöner Garten zur Mitnutzung, praktisch eingerichtete Küche, unkomplizierter Umgang, sehr empfehlenswert!

Beste Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung Küstenwind ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr schön ist auch der dazugehörige Garten mit Sitzecke, Grill und Sandkasten für die Kleinen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Stadtrand und man ist sehr schnell am Strand. Dirk und Sabine sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Sie stehen immer mit Tips zur Seite und man fühlt sich super aufgehoben. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
