About this property

Spacious and bright two story house ( 2,500 square-foot home ) with plenty of room for a family and friends, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A spacious living room.

The home is professionally designed, with an open floor plan that provides a comfortable flow between the family room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 4. The dining room table seats 6.

The roomy master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub and windows overlooking the lake.
Also located up stairs is a second bathroom with a shower and there are three charming bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds, The other two bedrooms have a Queen bed in each room.

In the back yard there is a raised patio swimming pool overlooking a tranquil lake, ideal for children to play. The back yard is equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ etc, providing another beautiful space for friends and family to enjoying a meal, a glass of wine, a book, a sunset, or a conversation.

We provide linens, laundry facilities, DVDs, Wi-Fi, picnic supplies, and lots of other resources to make your stay at my Florida lake house hassle-free and fun!

Good house for family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the view overlooking the lake was pretty. It was close to the highway so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted. Only 40 min to Miami or Key Largo. We had four small issues while there: 1) we had to unplug the washer to reset it each time we wanted to use it otherwise it wouldn’t start the cycle. 2) the dryer took a cycle and a half to dry our clothes even on high heat and 3) the closet labeled “pool towels” only had one towel in it. We assumed pool/beach towels would be provided since the listing included linens. There were plenty of bath and hand towels, wash clothes, bed linens and dish towels. 4) Friday night the neighbors had a gathering that was quite loud and lasted until almost 2:30 in the morning. Like I said the issues we had were small and it was an overall good house for the money.

Great for Race Fans

We were seeking a clean, comfortable home very near Homestead Miami International Raceway. This home met our needs very well....just a quick 15 to 20 minutes to the track. We found our host to be very responsive and hospitable.

Beautiful Lake house

Well maintained, clean, spacious. Easy access to main highways. We visited the Keys while here. Traffic is a nightmare but manageable with patience.

Great place for Families

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the lake house our kids loved the pool in the backyard and the overall space. Only thing I would say is that the table in the breakfast nook needs updating the legs on the chairs are very loose and we’re afraid to sit on them. The grass was really long in the backyard and it seems like garbage was left from the previous guest that stayed there. Again overall great place and neighborhood just needs a little updating.
