Payment by bank transfer. Just 200 metres from the idyllic Breitenbach Reservoir, this house invites you to relax and unwind. With four bedrooms, two dining rooms, two bathrooms, a shower room, and a large living room, there’s plenty of space. In the living room with a fireplace, you can enjoy the view of the mountains through two glass walls. The kitchen, with an adjoining pantry, is fully equipped with a stove, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Four bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, while the fourth has a single bed. A second dining room features another open fireplace. The house is equipped with a modern washing machine and Wi-Fi. A sauna invites you to relax. The property, with its fantastic garden and ponds, covers over 1,000 m² and offers plenty of space to unwind. Right next to the house is a large terrace with a dining area under a glass roof. A grill is provided. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the carport. Parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linens are included in the base price.
