Our modern, barrier-reduced holiday apartment—which was completely renovated from 2023 to the end of 2024—features underfloor heating, a separate entrance, and a parking space, and is located on the ground floor as a ground-floor apartment within our historic building.

It features a separate bedroom (with a 55-inch TV) with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room, which also features another 55-inch TV, offers two additional sleeping spots.

With the fully equipped kitchenette—including a stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—you can prepare any meal you desire.

In the summer, you can wind down your evenings with a glass of wine on the attached terrace, for example.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

You’ll spend your holiday with us in the beautiful Pfaffenwinkel region, nestled among rolling meadows, lakes, and the majestic mountains of the Alps.
