Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which are just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available to assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Fabulous, no hassle stay

Five minutes out the door to the public beach access. No gulf carts or other rentals needed, everything is easily able to be carried down. Gas station nearby with all the essentials and extras. The unit was clean and so functional. We slept well and had everything we needed!

Great stay

Skinny Dip was awesome, nicely appointed, clean and a great place to stay for our family. The bunk beds were fantastic and the walk in shower is so much nicer than the standard tub setup. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

A gem

My two teenage kids and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. I can’t say enough great things about it. Location, cleanliness, decor, all were 10/10. Super close to the beach, walking distance to few great restaurants, a short car ride to Seaside and Rosemary. Would definitely stay here again.

A good place for a beach trip.

Skinny Dip is a fun one bedroom that accommodated our family well. With its king size master and built in bunks, it allowed ample space for us all. It has a good beachy vibe and is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
