Beautifully renovated and lovingly maintained, we are so proud of our upgraded kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops. New driftwood flooring, paint and trim throughout the condo. We have a large flat screen TV hung on the wall, Bluetooth enabled sound bar (for quickly linking to your phone or tablet), wireless internet, and cable. Sleeps 4

Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which are just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

Great stay

Skinny Dip was awesome, nicely appointed, clean and a great place to stay for our family. The bunk beds were fantastic and the walk in shower is so much nicer than the standard tub setup. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

A good place for a beach trip.

Skinny Dip is a fun one bedroom that accommodated our family well. With its king size master and built in bunks, it allowed ample space for us all. It has a good beachy vibe and is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

A gem

My two teenage kids and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. I can’t say enough great things about it. Location, cleanliness, decor, all were 10/10. Super close to the beach, walking distance to few great restaurants, a short car ride to Seaside and Rosemary. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed a week. This was a great location short walk to the beach. The unit was a little cramped for our family of four since our girls are teenagers one bathroom was a bit smaller than we usually stay. The beach was beautiful the only problem was the algae had come in the week we stayed luckily we had a few good days. This location is quiet and family friendly.

Fabulous, no hassle stay

Five minutes out the door to the public beach access. No gulf carts or other rentals needed, everything is easily able to be carried down. Gas station nearby with all the essentials and extras. The unit was clean and so functional. We slept well and had everything we needed!

Great getaway spot!

We love this area - and this condo is so close to beach access! A short drive (or walk / bike ride) down to Seaside - lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The condo offered plenty of space for our family of 3. Kitchen stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and anything else you may need. No laundry in unit (description clearly stated this) but you’re located close to an onsite laundry facility that we were able to use to dry some beach clothes. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo

The condo was wonderful, just as pictured. We also loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings, it was nice and quiet. The beach was a short walk away, very convenient. Once you get to the end of the board walk the public beach access starts 200 feet to the left, which was unexpected but not much further. The only issue we had was the ice maker which did not work. The condo was clean and felt like home. We enjoyed it very much!

Skinny Dip was a beautiful condo! Perfect for the two of us, and still would’ve been comfortable with 2 kids in the adorable bunk beds! Location was excellent, just a short walk across the street to a public beach access! Absolutely perfect!! Bed was very comfortable! Quiet balcony for morning coffee! Roomy bathroom and shower! If I could make a suggestion, maybe some coffee packs for those of us who don’t have coffee with us. Also, maybe more than ONE roll of toilet paper 😏. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

A Perfect Place for a Get Away

In this day and age, it seems like all property rental companies are this gigantic corporations that are just looking to make a large profit. That is not the case with Kismet. They are personable, warm, and have a boutique feel that is usually lost when we stay places on vacation. Their app is the best piece of technology I have used in this space.The Skinny Dip property was perfect for my family, and had every amenity I could think of. It is right across the street from the beach, and parking was never an issue. Cannot wait to rebook soon!

Perfect for what I was doing ~

I found the accommodations perfect for what I was doing which was venue hopping all day and night at 30A songwriter Festival. It was me and my son. The master bedroom was comfortable and accommodated my long weekend wardrobe beautifully. The space altogether sleeps 4 - 2 in the bedroom with a cal. king which was so comfortable, and the built-in, very solid bunkbeds accommodated 1 person per bed. There is one bathroom which is clean and lovely - the shower is really nice - we had no problems sharing the space. It was centrally located for the festival so no long travel times going from one side of the festival's 30A reach. If I don't bring more folks next time I will definitely book this space again.

Good for the most part

Everything was easy as far as booking, payment and check in. The condo was clean on the surface, but could use a deep clean. The pendant lights over the kitchen counter had dust caked on them. The closet/pantry door and A LOT of dust piled on the wooden slats. I was disappointed that the pictures showed a nice big table and rustic chairs. Instead it was a small round wooden table and 2 wooden chairs that has seen better days. I thought that the master bed was a king, it wasn't. I think it was a full, because my husband and I barely fit in it. No chair in master room corner, no biggie. My point is the pictures need to be updated. Furniture and bedding was not what was in pictures. I thought we were in the wrong condo at first. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Kitchen is well stocked and is nice. Tv was nice and big and has Netflix. It was comfortable for a family of 4 for a week. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and floats all there to use. Short walk to beach. Tom Thomb across street was nice to rent movies on rainy afternoons. Pool on property was gross! Tile had brown sticky film on it like what a bathtub gets. (Skin cells and oil) Had a pool growing up so I know it was to be hand clean every so often. It was so thick and dark on the tile you could scratch your name it it. YUCK! No washer and dryer in room, so used the onsite laundry room. Costed $12 to do 4 loads. It was very hot in there. Overall it was good, would we stay again? Probably not. I have to have a king bed and washer and dryer is a must.

Thank you for your comments. Next time, please call us as I could have sent housekeeping back over to clean what you felt was needed. We typically do deep cleans after the summer season and May to get ready for summer.

We walked in to skinny dip,we were so pleased with how clean it was, it look just like the pictures! We were so close to everything. It was so relaxing to be able to hang out at the pool,and on our deck!People were so friendly. Best vacation ever!Hope to get back there next year We loved it!

Great location, fun bunk beds, beautifully renovated.

We had a great experience overall. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit. Bring lots of quarters (more than you think) to cover the washer and dryer at the on-site laundromat.

Great location!

This unit was beautifully decorated and very tidy! Perfect distance from the beach for our family of 3. We had 3 families staying in these condos and we were able to walk back and forth to each condo easily and use either pool during our stay. Perfect beach getaway!
