In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road extra. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 150 m, café, bus stop 200 m. Chair lift, ski school, children's ski school 250 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 44 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.
