Enjoy your holiday in our high-end holiday home with a breathtaking view of Lake Diemel. The spacious living and dining area invites you to start the day with a hearty breakfast or wind down in the evening.
For your relaxation, an on-site sauna is available—the perfect place to unwind.

The holiday home offers 91 m² of space for up to four people and is bright, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen nook, a guest bathroom, and a convenient storage room.
Upstairs, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sauna. This level is rounded out by an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The holiday home is situated on a hillside in the picturesque district of Heringhausen, on the outskirts of the holiday village. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Diemel and the surrounding Sauerland mountains. The lakeside promenade of Lake Diemel is easily accessible on foot, without having to climb stairs or take any detours.

A parking space is available on the property.

Enjoy the peaceful location on the outskirts of the holiday village with a stunning view of Lake Diemel, the Sauerland Mountains, and the picturesque village of Heringhausen. Hiking trails start right outside the front door, and the swimming beach is just a short walk away. The popular holiday destinations of Willingen and Winterberg are also nearby.

Geographically, you’ll find yourself in the centre of an imaginary triangle between Korbach, Brilon, and Marsberg in the beautiful Diemelsee Nature Park. Heringhausen is located within the “Ostsauerländer Gebirgsland” region. Most of the village lies in the foothills, while parts of the northern district belong to the “Padberger Schweiz.” The “Diemelbergland” subregion is also located here.

There are numerous recreational and leisure activities for all ages right on site, including a snack bar with a cocktail bar, a free water slide for children, a pirate ship, a sandy beach, and a dog beach on the opposite bank. Electric boats are also available for rent, and a playground invites you to linger.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
All base rates are valid for up to 4 people, calculated for a 3-night stay.
Bedding (beds made) and towels are provided.
The linens package is charged separately from the property price at €23.90 per person (one-time service fee/fixed charge).
Sauna towels and a sauna infusion package can be booked as optional extras. Dressing gowns are not provided.

Surcharge for short stays of 2 nights: + 70.00 €

The tourism tax levied by the municipality of Diemelsee is 2.00 € per night per person. Children up to and including 13 years of age are exempt.

Additional services that can be booked directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Dog fee: €30.00 one-time fee
- Sauna towel: €2.75 per person
- Sauna infusion: €10.50 one-time fee
