Hi there, and welcome to the "Magnolia" holiday home in Weener/Möhlenwarf!

Escape the daily grind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our modern, approximately 130 m² holiday home. It was very important to us to furnish the house to a very high standard, with comfort and great attention to detail. It offers you the utmost comfort for an unforgettable stay and can accommodate up to 4 guests in two cosy double beds. The heart of the house is the open-concept living and dining area, whose lovely atmosphere invites you to cook together and relax.

We rent out the house privately from our home on the Lower Rhine to cover necessary repairs and ongoing expenses. We inherited the house—it was my parents’ lifelong dream. They loved East Frisia and the Rheiderland more than anything and wanted to spend their retirement right here. Unfortunately, they passed away earlier at the hospice in Leer.

By renting out the house, we hope to keep their dream alive in some small way and give you the opportunity to discover this beautiful region for yourself. Since we’re managing everything remotely, we naturally don’t have a professional hotel front desk, and things might not always run perfectly smoothly right away. But we and our wonderful neighbors are doing our absolute best to make sure you have everything you need. Relax, make yourself at home, and enjoy the East Frisian laid-back atmosphere!

Wir haben Anfang September zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses fiel uns auf, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail und feinem Gespür alles gestaltet wurde.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Kurz vor der Anreise haben wir Zusatzinfos und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen und wurden im Haus mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen.Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Ausstattung: Es fehlt hier wirklich an absolut nichts! Von der Küche bis zu den kleinen Annehmlichkeiten des Alltags wurde an alles gedacht. Wir konnten die zwei in Ostfriesland in vollen Zügen genießen, herrlich entspannen und die wunderschöne Umgebung rund um Weener erkunden.Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Rückzugsort und die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem sehr sauberen, schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Vor allem ist es ebenerdig, man kann das Elektroauto laden und in der geräumigen Garage trocken ein und ausladen. Zusätzlich zur Beschreibung ist sogar ein Trockner vorhanden. Sehr hochwertige Geräte. Im Wintergarten frühstücken war ein Highlight. Das Haus ist auch gut gelegen, man kann von dort schnell nach Emden, Leer, Papenburg und sogar in die Niederlande fahren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr freundlich und zugewandt ab. Er hat immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet, war sehr hilfsbereit und auch für Tipps und Verbesserungsvorschläge sehr dankbar. Was man allerdings beachten muss, ist, dass es kein Gefrierfach gibt. Was man auch nicht unbedingt braucht, aber wissen muss. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder dort mieten. Wir sind begeistert.

Das Haus hat mehr als Standardkomfort. Alles ist da, was es zum entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist sauber und in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Nähe zur Autobahn und zu Ausflugszielen empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die Vermieter nur empfehlen. Ales lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter . Der 2 Aufenthalt und wieder war alles tadellos . Klar durch den Wasserschaden im Garten etwas eingeschränkt wie sonst Wir und unser Deutscher Schäferhund haben uns wieder Pudelwohl gefühlt. Und werden wieder kommen.. Vermieter Top Sauberkeit Top Neubau Standart.

Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Modern eingerichtet und alles auf hohem Standard. Es ist nicht alles perfekt, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und fast alles ist neu. Sehr gute Bibliothek! Der Wintergarten ist das Beste, genau wie der Kamin.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. 6 Sterne Haus.Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter1a, schnelle Antwort. Lage des Hauses perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Ausstattung super modern und es lässt keine Wünsche offen . Auch unser Hund wollte nicht mehr weg . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen das beste Haus in den letzten Jahren . Sauberkeit ist mehr wie gut.

Der einzige Nachteil war der Fernsehempfang. Leider nur smart TV und kein Satelliten TV. Das könnte auch die Hilfe nicht ändern. Und es fehlte ein Schneebesen.Ansonsten war alles sehr schön

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, gelegen im Wohngebiet. -nette Nachbarschaft Das Haus war super gereinigt und auf einem neuen Standard. Rollläden an jedem Fenster, schließen (22.20Uhr) und öffnen (8.00Uhr)automatisch. Große Türen, alles bodeneben, also auch nutzbar mit Rollstuhl. Sehr netter Vermiete, wir haben ihn zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber wenn wir Fragen hatten war er sofort erreichbar. Für einen Aufenthalt sollte man sich jedoch vormerken, es gibt keine richtige Kaffeemaschine (entweder Espressomaschine oder Petmaschine). Amaonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir waren mit Hund, super Garten, gepflegt und eingezäunt.

Es war wunderbar

Ostfriesland ist ein sehenswertes Erlebnis.Dieses Haus war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungsfahrten nach Leer, Papenburg, Greetsiel, Ditzum, Bagband, Norddeich, …. Die Lage des Hauses in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ist wundervoll. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Vor allem den herrlichen Wintergarten haben wir sehr genossen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind nicht zu übertreffen.Alles in Allem ein herrlicher Urlaub.

Tolles Haus.

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber und eine ruhige Wohngegend. Von dort kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge machen.
