Welcome to our in Jan. 2025 newly renovated and very tastefully furnished 3-room vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort Kühlungsborn on the Baltic Sea!

The large vacation apartment can be described as stylish, cozy and bright. On 67 square meters, this cozy domicile offers space for up to 3 people. The open, stylish living area invites you to linger with a dining area for 4 people and a cozy seating area. A satellite TV in the living room provides relaxed entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette is adjacent to the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you will need - such as an oven, a four-burner hob, a dishwasher, kettle and a coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The apartment has two bedrooms. The large, spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a sufficiently large closet. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV. The second small bedroom also guarantees restful sleep. Here the single bed is 0.90m x 2.00m and there is also a closet. The modern shower room has a shower (0.80m x 1.20m), washbasin with vanity unit and WC. Your accommodation includes a free parking space directly on the neighboring property. A shared storage room for bicycles is available. WLAN is available free of charge. Your beds are already made.

There is outdoor seating for all vacationers on a small meadow by the house. Here you can review the day with a glass of wine.
