Vielen Dank für dein offenes Feedback und dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, deine Eindrücke zu schildern.
Es tut uns leid, dass euch die Lichtverhältnisse im Wohnzimmer und im Bad als zu dunkel erschienen sind. Licht trägt wesentlich zum Wohlfühlen bei – hier prüfen wir, wie wir die Situation verbessern können.
Auch deinen Hinweis zur Schlafcouch nehmen wir ernst. Komfort und Funktionalität sollten selbstverständlich gegeben sein, gerade wenn die Unterkunft für mehrere Personen ausgelegt ist.
Der Eindruck der Außenanlage sowie die Müllsituation bedauern wir ebenfalls sehr. Ein gepflegtes Umfeld gehört für uns genauso zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt wie die Wohnung selbst. Dass sich Müll vor dem Haus gestapelt hat, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch und wird entsprechend weitergegeben.
